Hoo lordy. What a week it’s been. And it’s only Thursday.

I found out that I’ve managed to get a job in a different organisation. Praise the Lord!! I’m saved!! I can’t wait. Now I don’t have to dread the return of my heinous wildebeast of a boss from leave. This is enough for me to donate a kidney to Karma.

Also, we had our tenant move out, the one who couldn’t keep paying the rent as he lost his job. He moved out yesterday. Tonight, after three hours’ intense work cleaning every nook and cranny, the unit is ready to hand over tomorrow night to our new tenants. It was tiring but well worth the effort. It really is sparkling clean now.

Finally, I went out with a group of coworkers who are exercising 2-3 times a week. We powerwalked along the foreshore, which was lovely. As a result of this, and the three hours’ cleaning, I am completely knackered.

As of this weekend, we will actually have tenants in all our properties. This is something that hasn’t happened since we’ve had three properties, so it’s somewhat of a milestone.
